How we use it

• To answer enquiries and arrange viewings.
• To manage tenancies, rent records, maintenance and landlord statements.
• To send notices about your account or property.
• Some requests (maintenance, home matching, landlord questions) are processed by an AI service to summarise or recommend — we do not use it to make legal decisions about you.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with the landlord or tenant involved in your tenancy, trusted service providers who host our systems, or authorities where the law requires.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and let the apps work offline. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are currently used. You can review and change your recorded preference at any time.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers with access limited by account role. Uploaded receipts and statements are private to the people they concern.
