Listings

We work to keep listings, rents and plot prices accurate, but they may change without notice and are not an offer. Prices marked negotiable are subject to agreement. Availability is confirmed only by our office.

Enquiries and payments

No payments are taken on this website. Never pay rent, deposits or plot purchase money to anyone without confirming directly with our office on 0721 739 515. Land sales are completed only after due diligence and a signed sale agreement.

Accounts

• Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Landlord accounts must be approved by our office before listings are published.
• We may suspend accounts that give false information or misuse the service.

Uploads

Receipts, photos and documents you upload must be genuine and yours to share. Uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm payment until our office verifies it.

AI features

Maintenance summaries, home recommendations and landlord answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Confirm important details with our office.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Kenyan law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content or service interruptions.
